Situated in the old part of Olvera, the house is ideally positioned to be able to walk to most places of interest within 10 or 15 minutes. The square between the church and castle is about 600m away through the narrow streets of the old town.
The house itself is an older townhouse set on 2 floors with a basement area and a roof terrace that has the most incredible views over olive groves and the mountains as shown on the banner at the top of this page. To the North, you look up over the roofs of houses in the old town where you can just see the top of the church and castle.

Climate in Olvera is like a better version of the UK. Consistently warmer in from early spring to autumn and not so cold in the winter with days, even in January, where the temperature can hit 20°C during the day. Oranges, olives and almonds can all be seen growing locally.
